At FlyingWeb, we are seeking a WordPress Technical Support Specialist to specialize in our speed optimization solutions, FlyingPress and FlyingCDN.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support for FlyingPress & FlyingCDN users through various channels.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, identifying root causes and solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team on bug reporting and feature suggestions.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and tutorials.
- Engage with the WordPress community, sharing insights and support.
Requirements:
- Experience with WordPress support or development.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization for WordPress.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
- Familiarity with common WordPress plugins and themes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with debugging tools and understanding of web hosting environments.
- Familiarity with CDN and DNS.
