So there are many people who use WordPress who don’t know HTML or CSS and hence they can’t accomplish what they want. Even experienced web designers often use prebuilt layouts and page builders (other than Gutenberg). As a person who uses HTML and CSS I really like the simplicity of Gutenberg, I can make it do whatever I want and make websites that are both sustainable and ADA compliant. WordPress has an extremely wide audience with different capabilities. Of course most aren’t happy.
