I left cloudways as they have ups and downs, some time good some times very slow vps so i moved to hostinger but I warn you!! HOSTINGER has the worse ever support and migration.
yesterday it took them an entire day wasting my time in the chat, at the end my site didnt migrate. i asked them questions and they would answer hough the answer, only after asking 6 times they did answer how to add dns records to cloudflare, same with 6 supporters.
the sales manager promised me they will migrate my site but i had to do it all by my self!
at last i asked a refund after a long wasted day and will never come back to HOSTINGER.
cloudways support is whey better and faster.

I think you forgot about support. IMO, support is even more important than performance.
I had a LOT of issues related to payments & downtimes in Hostgator. They made me loss customers, money and time. The guys in support chat know nothing, they barely solve any issues.
Finally I moved all my customer sites to Digital Ocean, which btw is not in your list. 🙁

While i’ve been using Siteground and bluehost prior to that, i moved over to Speedydot. I was recommended by a friend who has been hosting with them, honestly the support, uptime and the affordability compared to Siteground was amazing. Siteground nearly charged me 200% and it was just not possible to host with them.

For what it’s worth I was with bluehost and unlike the author, I found the customer support terrible ( was outsourced to a large third world country where the english and the general training was dubious ). Left in disgust went over to Siteground -100% improvement in support – couldn’t be happier. A vast contrast – never ever going back to bluehost.
