What are we looking for?
– Strong expertise in PHP and JavaScript (with a focus on TypeScript and React).
– Advanced to expert level in WordPress, especially Gutenberg, block editor, front-end React block development, and general plugin development.
– Experience with Docker, AWS infrastructure (SQS), and CI/CD processes (CircleCI).
– Full-stack development experience, including local dev setup and QA processes.
– Ability to create and improve technical documentation.
– Strong unit testing procedures and innovative approaches to testing React/Gutenberg blocks.
Nice-to-have
– Experience working in an Agile environment with daily standups, weekly refinements, and retrospectives.
– Experience with integrating external tools into WordPress.
– Comfortability working in a collaborative team with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
– Familiarity with Scrum methodology and delivering projects in sprints.
